Description: LCW is nearing completion of the new 6 million dollar, 18,000 sq ft Orlean Fire & Rescue Station. The project was phased to allow the existing station to stay in operation while the new facility was constructed. The building features a full kitchen, living room, bunk rooms, laundry facilities, spacious back deck, exercise room, & radiant floor heating in the vehicle bays. The facility has 4 bays & room to house 8 large fire & rescue vehicles. A 3,200 gallon silo adjacent to the firehouse stores water to feed the sprinkler system in the firehouse.
