Site development and construction of a new 21,500 square foot pre-engineered steel and masonry structure. The exterior finishes include brick veneer, metal wall panels and standing seam roofing.

Construction of a 2-story, 7,400 SF addition and a 1-story, 700 SF addition as well as interior renovations to approximately 1,000 SF of existing spaces. Construction type was masonry bearing with bar joists and brick veneer.
