Site development and construction of a new 20,000 square foot vehicle service and repair facility.  The site development work includes demolition, earthwork, sanitary sewer, water, and storm piping, site lighting, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks and an asphalt parking lot.  The building construction includes the erection of a pre-engineered metal building with a bridge crane system.
