Renovation of 1908 general store and associated site work.  Work consists of shoring of existing structure for, and installation of, new concrete foundation; framing and finishes for new vestibule and restrooms; new Spacepak HVAC system and MEP alterations.  Site work consists of new pump and haul tank, well pump and piping, and concrete sidewalks, parking area, and apron.
