Construction of a 2-story, 30,000 SF building with Classrooms, Staff Offices, Conference Room, and large Multi-purpose room for school and community activities.  Type of construction is structural steel frame with light gauge infill and masonry veneer.  The project also includes a large amount of sitework including utility relocations and improvements to existing stormwater management ponds.
