LCW Construction completed over 24,000 square feet of interior renovations and modifications to historic Rouss City Hall located in Winchester, Virginia. All work was phased and coordinated with the City of Winchester to keep the building open for business during the entire project. Original structural elements were exposed such as brick walls and arched openings, cast iron columns, steel beams, and wood floors. Additionally, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and security systems were installed as well as new finishes throughout.
