Miscellaneous renovations and restoration of the historic Stephens City School House.  The work includes lead abatement and restoration of existing wood windows to meet Department of the Interior standards, replacement of several new window units, repair of existing floor joints and structure damaged by fire, and other miscellaneous structural repairs.
