Construction of a new 8,500SF sheriff’s office substation and complete site development package.  Work includes concrete foundations, bullet resistant masonry walls and glazing, light gauge metal trusses, holding area with detention hardware and fixtures, security and access controls, and water treatment system.  Site work consists of demolition, grading (cuts/fills) of 5 acres, storm water piping, well pump and piping, septic system, dry hydrant system, concrete curb & gutter, asphalt entrance road and parking lot, security fencing, and high speed access gates.
