Construction of a new 8,500SF self-service storage warehouse facility consisting of a concrete foundation with loading dock and pre-engineered metal building structure.  Work also includes 24,080SF concrete foundation for future self-service storage warehouse.  Site development work includes road widening and new entrance to site as well as install of 750LF of new water main, storm water piping modifications, concrete curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement.
